Foreign Trade University - Faculty of International Education

As a part of the International Hotel Management – Vatel program, the students have the chance to study the French curriculum, do internships at 5-star hotels, and more importantly, they have to pass the Professional project defense session for graduation.

During the presentations of their Professional Projects, the students demonstrated their business projects with excellent financial analysis, marketing strategy, and implementation plan for the hospitality field. In addition, based on their personal experience and academic research, the students pointed out the drawbacks of their own projects and proposed solutions. Such research was highly appreciated by the hotels to be put into practice, enhancing customer service and human resource quality.

These projects are a requirement for graduation, but more importantly, they indicate the career orientation of students. The constructive feedback from the Board of Committee was of paramount significance in making the projects more applicable and realistic. The success of these projects, up to this point, is never easy as they had to undergo strict censorship of the juries, who are the top leaders from education institutions and top five-star hotels.

Once again, congratulations to all the Vatel students on your successful professional projects. You did acquire great knowledge on your professional thinking, and your organizational thinking as well.
