Foreign Trade University is delighted to welcome you to the Opening Ceremony of the Academic Year 2025–2026.

1. Time: 07:15 AM, Wednesday, September 17, 2025

2. Venue: Courtyard of Building A, Foreign Trade University, 91 Chua Lang Street, Lang Ward, Hanoi

3. Dress code:

• University uniform shirt (to be distributed to participants prior to the Ceremony)

• Dark trousers/skirt

• Student ID card

4. Freshmen of Cohort 64 are kindly requested to confirm their attendance before 00:00 AM, Monday, September 15, 2025 via the following link: https://forms.gle/SnEMJPYnTS1HwRUC8

5. For students of Cohorts 63, 62, 61 and others registering to attend the Ceremony, please follow the dress code as regulated.

6. Uniform shirts for freshmen attending the Ceremony will be distributed on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at the Admission Office of the Faculty of International Education (7-storey Dormitory Building, contact Mr. Nghia). Students not attending the Ceremony will receive the uniform shirt after the new registration form is opened. Please bring your Student ID card or Citizen Identification Card when collecting the uniform.
