Typhoon No. 3 - Wipha - is approaching the mainland and is expected to affect Hanoi in the next 1 to 2 days (July 21 - 22, 2025).
This is a strong and fast-moving storm that may cause danger, so please stay alert and keep safe!
Some important reminders:
- Avoid staying too long in classrooms, dormitories, or the canteen when the storm hits.
- Do not park your vehicles under trees to prevent accidents.
- Avoid going outside during heavy rain unless necessary.
- If you are in Quang Ninh - the storm’s center - you need to take even more proactive safety measures.
