The Faculty of International Education would like to inform you that all in-person classes will be switched to online learning due to road closures and traffic rerouting for the third rehearsal of the parade celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day (September 2) (Mission A80).

Based on the parade organization plan issued by the City People’s Committee, on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, major roads will be closed to ensure security, order, and safety during the event. These road closures will directly affect the travel of both lecturers and students to the campus.

To ensure safety while maintaining the teaching and learning schedule as planned, the Faculty announces the following:

1. Applicable Subjects:

• All students scheduled for in-person classes at the university on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

• All lecturers scheduled for teaching on that day.

2. Adjustment to Learning Format:

• All in-person classes will be conducted online on Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

• Platform: The university’s official Microsoft Teams online system.

3. Implementation Time:

• Entire day of Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

The Faculty kindly requests all lecturers and students to strictly comply with this adjustment to ensure progress and quality of education.
