The Graduation Ceremony for Master of Business Administration EMBA Cohort 7 and the Opening Ceremony for Master of Business Administration EMBA Cohort 12

On 11 March 2017, Foreign Trade University formally held The Graduation Ceremony for the graduate students of the program Master of Business Administration cohort 7, cooperated between Meiho University, Taiwan and Foreign Trade University.

Participating in the ceremony, there were Prof. Lee Ming – Senior Advisor from Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Hanoi, Prof. Yu-Jen Wu – Vice President of Meiho University, and Prof. Hsiao-Tseng Lin – Dean of International and Cross-Strait Affairs Office, Meiho University.

Representing Foreign Trade University, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan – President of Foreign Trade University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thu Thuy – Vice President of Foreign Trade University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Thuy Ngoc – Dean of Faculty of International Education which is responsible for managing the joint program EMBA), Dr. Nguyen Phuc Hien – Director of Quang Ninh Campus of Foreign Trade University, the lecturers of the program, the parents and the students.

          In the ceremony, 34 out of 36 students officially and timely graduated, thereupon receiving valuable Master of Business Administration degrees. Within 34 master degrees, the program honored 1 excellent master degree to 1 outstanding student of the program. Living in different cities and ranging at different ages, the students in the EMBA program also work in various fields and organizations including Banking, Vietnam Ministry of Defence, Vietnam Ministry of Finance, Telecoms, Petro Vietnam Group, and Education. Going through a 20-month journey, besides absorbing knowledge and practicing skills to become leaders in organizations, the students also had the opportunities to meet with big corporations in study tours and expand the network supporting their career development.

The excellence of the program is strongly demonstrated by the success of many students after graduating from the program. This year, the program Master of Business Administration will not only hold at Hanoi campus and Ho Chi Minh campus of Foreign Trade University, but also expand to Quang Ninh Campus.

The happiness of the students graduating with the master degrees

Within the same day of March 11^th 2017, Faculty of International Education also formally organized the Opening Ceremony of the 12^th intake of Master of Business Administration to welcome 59 freshmen from 3 campuses, including 25 new students from Hanoi campus.

The students of the 12^th intake have been empowered by the success of the students graduating from previous cohorts of Master of Business Administration cooperated between Foreign Trade University and Meiho University, Taiwan. Faculty of International Education, Foreign Trade University wishes that the freshmen of the 12^th intake will have an excellent experience and gain achievement in the future.
