To ensure a shared learning space for all students at the Main Campus and to prevent uncontrolled car parking within the campus, the University is implementing a policy to encourage staff, lecturers, and students to limit the use of personal cars when traveling to the university. Along with this, a range of consistent measures and policies will be introduced and implemented in an appropriate and phased manner.

On July 30, 2025, the University issued an official notice to all staff and employees at the Main Campus regarding the restriction of car parking within the campus, particularly during the hours of 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily. Specifically, the number of parking spaces within the designated areas has been reduced, leaving a total of 103 car parking slots for 630 staff members (with approximately 400 cars registered), excluding 06 parking slots reserved for official vehicles and 15 slots reserved for visitors on official business. This policy will take effect from August 4, 2025.

For staff, employees, and students who still wish to commute by car, the University has arranged with the parking lot along the extended Huynh Thuc Khang Street (approximately 200 meters from the University’s main gate) to provide car parking with discounted rates for university staff, employees, and students.

The University sincerely hopes to receive the cooperation and support of all staff, employees, and students in maintaining a shared and orderly space and preventing uncontrolled parking on campus grounds.
