FROM FOREIGN TRADE UNIVERSITY TO MING CHUAN UNIVERSITY – FTU STUDENTS' INTERNATIONAL STUDY JOURNEY

On 28 August 2026, flights carried students from the collaborative programmes between Foreign Trade University and Ming Chuan University (MCU), Taiwan, as they embarked on their academic journey in an international university environment.

In this transfer intake, 102 students from programmes in Hanoi and the Ho Chi Minh City Campus departed for Taiwan. They are enrolled in the following programmes: Bachelor of Business Administration in Journalism and Mass Communication, and Bachelor of International Business and Trade.

This is not only an important milestone in their university journey, but also an opportunity for them to study, live, and gain first-hand experience in an international environment, interact with friends from different countries, and gradually adapt to a multicultural setting.

At Ming Chuan University, students have the opportunity to study in an international environment through English-taught programmes while also gaining exposure to the Chinese language and Taiwanese culture. With its practical approach to education and multicultural learning environment, the experiences at MCU will become an important part of their academic and professional journey in the future.
