CONGRATULATIONS TO ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR NGUYỄN MINH HẰNG ON HER APPOINTMENT AS VICE PRESIDENT OF FOREIGN TRADE UNIVERSITY

Foreign Trade University would like to extend its sincere congratulations to Associate Professor Nguyễn Minh Hằng, PhD, Member of the University’s Party Committee and Head of the Organization and Personnel Department, on her appointment by the Minister of Education and Training as Vice President of Foreign Trade University for the 2025–2030 term, pursuant to Decision No. 1919/QĐ-BGDĐT dated July 3, 2026.

Born in 1978, Associate Professor Nguyễn Minh Hằng is an alumna of Cohort 35, majoring in Foreign Economics at Foreign Trade University. She earned her PhD in International Business Law from François Rabelais University of Tours, France, in 2009 and was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in 2018.

During her career at Foreign Trade University, Associate Professor Nguyễn Minh Hằng has served as a senior lecturer and formerly held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Law. She currently serves as Head of the Organization and Personnel Department. She is also a Member of the Executive Committee of the University’s Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and a Member of the Inspection Commission of the University’s Party Committee for both the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms.

This appointment marks an important milestone in Associate Professor Nguyễn Minh Hằng’s career and dedicated service, while also contributing to the strengthening of Foreign Trade University’s leadership team for the 2025-2030 term.

Foreign Trade University firmly believes that, in her new position, Associate Professor Nguyễn Minh Hằng will continue to demonstrate her professional expertise, management experience, and strong sense of responsibility.
