Dean of Faculty of International - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Thuy Ngoc got her Master of Law from Yokohama National University (Japan) in 2003 and she was awarded the Doctor Degree in Economics by Foreign Trade University (Vietnam) in 2010 and was appointed as Associate Professor on 19th November 2015. She completed the course of lawyer at Judicial Academy. She is head of the International Trade Law Department and Dean of the Faculty of International Education. Not only does she teach the law module in various local and international programs (such as master program at Latrobe University -Australia, Sunderland University - the UK, and Colorado State University- the US), she is also an experienced expert in local and international projects like Multilateral Trade Assistance Project (MUTRAP), Project of Development of Centers of Trade Law and Policy in South Africa, Peru and Vietnam (SECO).
