Dear Distinguished Delegates, Honored Guests, Generations of Staff, Lecturers, Students, Trainees, and PhD Candidates of Foreign Trade University,

"65 Years - Foreign Trade Aspiration" is an important event and milestone in the University's journey of construction and development, and it also serves as a space for connection between generations of teachers and students, entrepreneurs, and partners of Foreign Trade University.

Therefore, the University has designed and arranged decorative areas, photo zones, and experiential and networking areas throughout the entire main campus.

To create the best conditions for participants to have a complete and safe experience, we kindly request that all Delegates, Guests, Generations of Staff, Lecturers, Students, Trainees, and PhD Candidates please note the following for November 14 and 15, 2025:

• Prioritize using public transportation and ride-hailing apps;

• Under all circumstances, please DO NOT BRING CARS OR MOTORBIKES ONTO CAMPUS; do not stop or park for too long at the university gate area;

• Personal cars and motorbikes: can be parked at the following parking lots which the University has arranged in advance:

• Parking lots on both sides of Huynh Thuc Khang Street (extended section);

• Parking lot at 157A-B Chua Lang Street;

• Parking lot of the National Children's Hospital;

• Parking lot of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam;

• Parking lot of the Vietnam Youth Academy and please follow the instructions of the on-site parking attendants.
