Here are some important reminders for students and families currently applying for US visas:
– Continue preparing all academic, I-20, and financial documents so you’ll be ready when appointments resume.
– Review your personal social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok...) and remove potentially sensitive or misunderstood content related to politics, religion, or society.
– Do not cancel or reschedule visa appointments unless absolutely necessary – you may lose your spot during this sensitive period.
– Stay updated through official sources or message the FoIE fanpage directly for support.
